The topic of the second edition of the Festival and the positive experience of the presence of fifty international talents from the best universities in the world in the previous edition, suggest a strong potential linked to the presence of young talents in the different cities, which will be the protagonists of the 2009 edition.
Each city will commit itself to host for three days 50 young talents coming from the best European Universities.

In order to divulge internationally the Italian model of the medium-size enterprise and to emphasize the qualities of the best students of the main Universities and Business School, we are organizing a study-abroad program addressed to 250 students from the best Faculties selected in Europe.
During the program we offer:
- expenses of hotel and accommodation entirely paid in full, for 3 days in one of the cities of the Festival,
- a training program: an opportunity for discovering and exploring a territory thanks to an integration of different perspectives like urban planning, architectural, economic and managerial
- tutors on-site.

The students are requested to:
- pay for travel expenses and extras,
- attend at least 2 conferences each day for 3 days in the same city where their hotel is located,
- fill in a questionnaire/form at the end of the program.
